Learning Communications Management & Cultural Consulting
I acquired the competency to understand Japan’s indirect communication style. Through my exposure and experiences my conveying tools include knowledge on reading the air, “Kuuki wo Yomu”, deciphering the unspoken messages and context, the role of intentional pauses, and why exercising emotional restraint can actually speak volumes.

My IT career started as a result of my Integrative Thinking process.
I started the journey by providing engaging and expertly translated business and technical documents, helping in bridging communications between countries working as a player in the team.
I helped the projects by understanding and navigating cultural differences, effectively communicating ensuring a smooth project delivery.
I enjoyed helping people and solving variety of issues. With my ability to understand different perspectives, I stepped into the world of Project Management and Product Management as I could see myself as an agent of mindset change.
